Do I need a Patch test for colour if I have had colour before at another salon?

Yes, even if you have had a colour on a regular basis at another salon you will require a patch test 48hrs prior to service as we all use different products.  This applies to Hair  and Beauty  

Do you offer Advice of Hair and Beauty?

We offer consultation services  on all Hair & Beauty services. Free patch test on Hair & Beauty services with the exception of  IPl - Intense Pulse Light Treatment, this does have a cost for patch but it is refunded one first full paying treatment. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We have  a 24hrs notice cancellation policy or full price of missed services will be chargeable. 

Do you have parking?

We have free parking outside the salon.

Do you take credit cards?

We accept all credit cards, cash  but we do no longer take cheques. 

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

We have a loyalty card, each time you visit we stamp your card , when you have 5 stamps this becomes £5 off any treatment or services in the salon.

We also have a monthly membership scheme which offers 30% off the full price. 

We also run a refer a friend scheme rewarding you both with £10 off your next salon visit .

Which brand of wax do you use?

We use outback peelable  wax, Depileve Lavander wax and PHD warm waxing system.

What hair products do you use?

We use The Montbello range of styling products, and their Chromtone, Oalia and Denuee vegan range of colours.
